  • Ridge south of airport parallel to runway violates 7:1 transitional surface.
  • 10-25 ft wide ditch at 170 ft along southeast edge of runway.
  • Touch-and-go landings not permitted.
  • Avoid flying within 1000 ft of school aprxly ONE mile southwest. Runway 04 departure avoid flying over homes 2,000 ft northeast of runway end.
