Remarks
- Prior permission required strictly enforced. Closed to all tran aircraft WO prior approval of 412 OG/CC. All turns will be made on concrete areas of runway located at the approach end, dept end and MID-FLD. If unable to exit A center taxiway, aircraft must proceed to departure end to initiate turn and exit MID-FLD.

- Caution: runway 06/24 has potential for hydroplaning DUR and after rainfall events. Pilots use CTN when brkg DUR wet runway condition.
- First 200 ft runway 06 and first 200 ft runway 24 concrete. Mid 5598 ft of runway 06/24 is porous friction surface except for 300 ft concrete center. Turnarounds pmtd on concrete sfcs only.
- Activate PAPI runway 6 and 24; HIRL runway 6/24 - 129.1
