  • FRQ HIGH-SPD military jet traffic transits imperial county traffic area WB descending VFR to NAF EL cenrto. Avoid 2500 ft to 3500 ft MSL near imperial county. Contact NAF tower 119.1 for Navy traffic adzy.
  • Radio ANT +70 ft located on control tower at midfield runway 14/32 and 500 ft west runway centerline.
  • Prior permission required for NON-SKEDD air carrier ARFF SER, contact amer 442-264-3220.
  • Taxiway C3 closed between runway 14/32 and taxiway C5.
  • Noise abatement: noise sensitive area northeast edge of AP: schools and residential. Conditions pmtg, HEL arrivals should be to runway 32, touchdown midfield (between taxiway A4 and A3). HEL departures should be from runway 14 midfield. When conditions require runway 32 departure, mntn runway centerline for 1.5 NM before initiating turn. For HEL trng pats/Autorotations use runway 08/26, maximum of 3 circuits. Between sunset to sunrise avoid cons pattern circuits.
