  • Fence & road within primary surface north side.
  • MTS W, northwest, southwest runway 07 UP to 280 ft MSL.
  • Unlighted MT aprx 160 ft MSL in approach zone at 3500 ft from W end of pvmt runway 07.
  • Noise abatement in efct: FLW riverbed all the WAY to coast prior to making any turns. DO not FLY over any houses ALG river banks. No early turnouts prior to the ocean. Skydiving operations in efct sunrise to sunset DLY. Prcht landing north side of runway BTW downwind and runway; No efct on aircraft takeoff/Landing that FLW traffic pattern. Use CTN while in the pattern.
