- Operate 1300-2100Z MON-FRI; Contact OIC C697-9250/695-4374; V227-9250/225-4374; PRK restricted to control discretion.
- Special PRO; Traffic pattern and operate rules exist due to washington TCA; PRK; Noise; FLT plan CDN and visual RTE rstrns.
- Special VFR pmttd only when wash natl pattern ceil/Visibility is 700 & 1 or better.
- Aircraft comdr must have receive A RTE briefing and operate with special RTE chart DTD 1 OCT 79; Containing special RTE and JPN traffic pattern.
- Trans pilots briefing are conducted at davison AAF, quantico mcas, andrews AFB or tipton AAF.
- Advn 24 hour FLT information will be passed to the contact OIC (pentagon heliport) prior to FLT to include: date & time of takeoff/Landing departure/Destn; Type of aircraft/NR of copters involved; Name/Grade senior persons and NR of additional passengers; PT of contact nade and fone NR.

Aircraft may occupy helicopter no longer than 15 minimum prior to departure with ATC approval. H-3 and H-46 are RQR to PRK on helicopter. Avoid ovft PKG LOT located N of helicopter. PKG sods not marked, progressive taxi instr available.
