All traffic is requested to follow the procedures described for traffic advisories at NON-TOWER airports under area notices except to utilize maui tower frequency 118.7 instead of 122.9

- Access to helipad from taxiway C only.
- Due to nonvisibility ATCT unable to determine if flwg area is clear of obstns and/Or traffic: portion of taxiway F between the commuter air terminal & approach end runway 05.
- Due to nonvisibility ATCT unable to provide ATC service between aircraft & ground vehicles on the commuter air terminal S of taxiway F and the helicopter air terminal E of approach end runway 02.

- Aircraft over 30,000 lb landing on runway 02/20 unable to turn OFF onto runway 05/23 due to pavement condition.
- Commuter air terminal rstrd to part 121 and part 135 operates only. Aircraft at the terminal shall call the tower on 121.9 prior to pushback.
- For clearance delivery when ATCT is closed contact honolulu control facility at 808-840-6262.
- When the control tower is closed activate MALSR runway 02; PAPI runway 20; PAPI runway 05; HIRL runway 02/20; MIRL runway 05/23 - CTAF.
