- Restricted; Scott AFB is prior permission required. The 375 military flight service section is the sole agent for issuing prior permission required NRS to military aircraft oprg on or from the scott AFB side.
- Military ramps closed to civil aircraft withoutprior coordination and A landing permit NR on file.
- Parking at the 126 ARW ramp is official business only requiring 48 hours prior permission required. Prior permission required call DSN 760-9977, C 618-229-9977, or 126TH CP C 618-229-9060.
- All inbound aircraft arriving scott AFB must contact 375 comd post or 126TH Air National Guard comd post no later than 30 minimum prior to landing.

- Miscellaneous: each runway has different levels of ARFF support. Consider runway 14L-32R A civil airport providing FAA index B support for civil aircraft. Steady ARFF condition for runway 14R/32L is optimum level of service (OLS) for cats 1-6, reduced level of service (RLS) for cats 7-8, and critical level of service (CLS) for cats 9-10, 0001-2359++ DLY.
- Taxiway H closed.
