ONE ROW of trees 240 degrees, 200 ft from center of helipad. NGT operations NA unless helicopter and wind indicator are LIT. Unauthorized persons are prohibited from takeoff/Landing area during HEL FLT operations. Portable fire extinguisher is provided during HEL FLT operations. Helicopter manager will reexamine obstacles in the vcnty of approach/Departure paths annually. New obstacles will be forwarded to ADO or fsdo. Helicopter manager will ensure all pilots are knowledgeable with approach/Departure paths.
