- Birds on and in the vicinity of airport.
- Snow removal operations in progress winter months; Snow command will be monitoring CTAF during NON-ATCT hours. Aircraft landing/Departing TVC should announce their intentions on CTAF when the control tower is closed.
- Taxiway C-2/C-3 east of taxiway C not available to air carrier aircraft.
- Flight crews should read back all adzy information provided by snow command.
- Airport surface condition unmon between 0100 - 0400.
- USCG - prior permission required contact traverse city from 21 primary, 345.0 secondary 15 minutes prior to entering CG ramp.
- Parasailing operations 1.5 NM northeast of airport from memorial day to labor day 600 ft AGL from sunrise to sunset daily.
- All tsnt aircraft chrgd landing, ovngt ramp prkg fee except military.
- For clearance delivery when ATCT is closed contact FSS via RCO, if unable contact minneapolis ARTCC at 651-463-5588.
- Cold temperature airport. Altitude correction required at or below -21C.
- 48 hour prior permission required for unscheduled air carrier operations GTR than 100000 lb. Prior permission required for aircraft operations with wingspan GTR than 118 ft. Prior permission required for aircraft operations GTR than 12500 lb for taxiway J & east ramp. Taxiway C-2/C-3 east of taxiway C not available to air carrier aircraft. Prior permission required for aircraft operations GTR than 60000 lb on north ramp. North ramp closed to aircraft operations GTR than 100000 lb. No GA aircraft on the air carrier ramp. No aircraft with wingspan GTR than 40 ft between GA ramp & south ramp. Pushback adzys on the terminal ramp are not provided by ATC. Diverting NON-BASED air carrier aircraft contact airport operations at 231-313-0928 prior to diverting. No cust service available.
- When the control tower is closed activate MALSR runway 10 & 28; HIRL runway 10/28; MIRL runway 18/36 - CTAF. PAPI runway 10 & 28; VASI runway 18 & 36 operates continuously.
