Remarks

  • Restricted: offl BUS only. Prior permission required DSN 286-4604/363-4603 C601-558-4604/4603. Contact lzso on VHF 138.2, 20O minimum prior to entering camp shelby reservation.
  • Restricted: avoid overflight of R-4401, located southeast of LZ. If overflight of R-4401 is necessary, contact range air 233.2, 20 minimum prior in order to CHECK-FIRE on active Army ranges. Crash fire rescue is readily available.
  • Caution: wildlife including deer and other small animals in the vicinity of airport.
  • Miscellaneous: contact afld manager TWO weeks prior to operations for availability. Contact afld manager for status of LZ markings. The MOG is TWO C-17 aircraft. Portion of the taxiway is rosin soaked asphalt suitable for combat offload training with prior coordination.
