- NS abtmt: practice CIR approach to runway 18 proh. NGT quiet hour in EFF 0500-1200Z++, practice approach are restricted.
- Caution: exer CTN while TAX; Portions of ALC ramp, KC-46 ramp, and munitions FAC not visibility from tower.. Hold short of ramp for individual aircraft FLW-ME assistance.
