- Portland intl airport runway 10L/28R extndd centerline crosses airport, ATCT may issue restricctions due to PDX traffic.

- Noise sensitive areas border the airport west and south.
- Avoid LOW-LEVEL overflights of residential areas.
- Recommend between sunset and sunrise, runway 7 left traffic and runway 25 right traffic due to bluff 5000 ft south of airport.
- Extensive helicopter operations on and adjacent to west ends of the parallel taxiways, no early turnouts.
- Multiple const cranes 110 ft AGL or BLO located 2700 ft southwest of runway 25 threshold.
